Rated as 4.67 out of 5 Stars

"With a zesty sauce and a shredded Gouda cheese that melts over the top, this saucy bratwurst dish, from our Test Kitchen, is a delicious combination that's swiftly prepared in a skillet. TIP: Out of Gouda? Try shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese instead."

Yummy! I do things a little differently than the recipe. First I cook the bacon separate from the onions, that way the bacon gets really crispy. I also use red pepper flakes instead of the jalap...

Great recipe! I followed it to the tee, with the exchange of havarti for the called for gouda, and I added some feta to the mix, just before serving. Made for a great color and texture blend wit...

we enjoyed this meal. When using the jalepino's make sure you use what is on the recipe. If you go over just a little it will be too spicy
