Cheesy Ham Tortellini

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the Alfredo sauce, vegetables and ham. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain tortellini; add to sauce. Stir in Parmesan cheese; heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.

This is always a quick meal for during the week and goes great with a tossed salad and hot french bread. I always use a mixture of peas and mushrooms vs. california veggies.

I liked this alot, but I made my owm sauce [quick and easy alfredo sauce] and doubled the recipe for the sauce,but used chicken insted of ham. Next time I wouldn't double the sauce.

Delicious. I was nervous because I'm not a fan of premade alfredo sauce, but this was great. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad for a quick and easy meal.
