Honey Lemon Cookies

I've made these twice now. First time I followed the recipe exactly (using greek yogurt and real lemon juice) and they were delicious. Second time, I tried a few tricks to make things easier and less messy. I put parchment paper down on the cookie sheets and when done baking, let them cool right on the sheet. While cooling, I brushed with the lemon glaze. I slid the parchment and cookies off the sheet and onto the counter and kept on going (made a double batch). Super easy clean up. They turned out great.
