I omitted the pepper and onion, but this tuna salad was still really good. I especially loved how versatile it was. Most tuna salads I've had at chain restaurants (only place I've ever had them)...

I omitted the celery because I am not a huge fan but this tuna was excellent served over lettuce!
I thought this was very good. I used a bit more dijon but other than that followed the recipe. I must say I've never used fresh tarragon but it's now one of my favorite herbs!!!
