  1. In a bowl, combine the water, vinegar, oils, garlic, bay leaf, parsley and seasonings. Add mushrooms; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Discard bay leaf. Serve with a slotted spoon.

These were very yummy and garlicky, not to mention super easy. I will definately make these again.

Again it is hard to go wrong with mushrooms. Easy to prepare and very tasty. I tried it over pasta was very good.
