Rated as 3.75 out of 5 Stars

"'I've made this salad many times for my husband and me,' Nancy Adams of Las Vegas, Nevada writes of her flavorful and fetching macaroni medley. 'We like it for lunch with pineapple-topped ham slices and sweet potatoes. Or you can stir in a can of tuna into the salad for a complete meal.'"

This pasta salad is a staple in our home. I do make some slight modifications. Leave out the olives and I use 1/2 cup of good Italian dressing and add shrimp. My family loves it!

I like the recipe for it's ease. I added carrots, feta, and a sliced red pepper to take it to a Memorial Day potluck.

Not bad. I chose this because I have leftover artichoke marinade and wanted to do something with it. I don't have any artichokes left, so I had to leave those out. Don't be shy with the marin...
