Herb Quick Bread

Rated as 3.8 out of 5 Stars

My son made this straight from the recipe, and the results fit pretty well with the other reviews... A bit dry, and rather bland. Rather than messing with it, I think we'll go back to taking t...

I really hate giving bad reviews, but this bread was not good. It was very dry, hard, and lacked flavor. Thanks for letting me try it though.

This was exactly what I was looking for in terms of texture (nice crust on top, dense body) and ease. I didn't have caraway seeds so I used 1 Tblsp Thyme, 1.5 Tblsp Basil as well as a healthy sp...

I'm in high school and attending foods class, we had to look up easy quick breads for Veterans Day and I chose yours, I loved this bread and so did my folks who tried it, thank you for posting! ...

First thing to remember that this is a "quick bread" not a "yeast bread", so it will be dense. After reading reviews of blandness and dryness I made some changes that made a quite taste outcome....

I made this recipe without the caraway, thyme and nutmeg, just to see what the basic recipe was like. DELISH! Put it on a floured mat and roll it slightly for a rounded/"pretty" look if you wan...
