- In a large skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, soup and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti.

Excellent recipe, but of course I tweeked it a little. I just added come meat and quite a bit of onion and used fire roasted tomatoes from Hunt. Delish! Definately a keeper!
Don't let the lack of reviews stop you from trying this sauce, the tomato soup gives it a great flavor. It is my favorite home-cooked meal, I drive home from college just to make it.
