  1. In a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish, combine the bread cubes and cheese. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over bread and cheese. Top with bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Excellent! I made this for our Friday morning breakfast at work and received rave reviews! I didn't have any meat products, so we had it without - but it was still great! This one is a keeper!

Quick and easy. I used precooked cubed ham instead of bacon so it took even less time to prepare. It is a pretty basic base recipe, so even the pickest kids will eat it.
