This was a great recipe. Even the little ones in my family enjoyed it! I cut up the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and also separated the onion pieces into separate chunks so they would cook through. The potatoes particularly had a wonderful fluffiness about them when you bit into them. Our sausage was deer sausage, and the spice along with the potatoes and beans was a nice balance. I also cut the casings off the sausage before I browned it. Thanks, Charla, for a tasty meal idea!
