  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. In a bowl, combine the tomato, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Drain pasta and add to tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

This recipe is great! I added basil, parsley and extra garlic and cheese and it turned out wonderful. Great warm or cold! Thank you!

Followed other reviews and added oregano and basil in the mix. I also substituted bow ties for whole wheat penne pasta. Good side dish. My husband loved it!

Tastes just like we made it at home. Love it! Try subsituting goat cheese for parmesan and basil is a great addition.

This is a good way to use up tomatoes. I think I would add a bit of chicken (even breaded and cut-up) or something. I think we over did it on the garlic, too, but that's not the recipes fault, ...
