Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Rolls

I tried these and they came out nicely this is defiantly a keeper recipe. There seem to be a few here that cannot get the rolls to rise: 1) Be certain not to put salt directly into yeast as it kills the yeast. 2) Check the temp of the liquid in which you are dissolving the yeast? The water temperature needs to be around 98 degrees for yeast to activate. 3) Check your flour, flours that have less gluten will not rise as much. Just a few tips to hopefully help out.
