Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

This recipe is rediculous- they taste just like pumpkin pie (possibly better?!?!) The only change I made was adding an extra half cup of flour. I read reviews before baking and I agree that the batter seemed a touch thin- 1/2 cup extra was plenty & the mix did seem to thicken while sitting in between batches. The entire family loves them & I am excited to share them this holiday season!
