Walnut Lace Cookies

"You won't believe how good these are! The tricky part is finding the perfect time to remove them from the sheets without tearing them. It takes awhile to perfect this, but you can eat the mistakes in the meantime!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat melt the butter with the cream, sugar and corn syrup. Add nuts and flour and bring mixture to a boil. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until bubbly and golden, about 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.

This was a waste of ingredients, the stuff never got hard it all went together in the oven. What a waste!

I agree with the previous review. All of the "cookies" melted together in the oven. Waste of time.

The cookies spread all over and never got crisp like they should.
