Le Orange Roughy

Rated as 3.67 out of 5 Stars

"I had a friend that had brought me some orange roughy fish one time. Hence the name, I decided to prepare this fish in a citrus marinade. Turned out tender and flaky. Very delectable. Can also be grilled."

Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Awesome. Try grilling the fish ... we like it better that way.

No way am I going to marinade fish in that much acid for more than 30 minutes. Talk about rubbery, yuk!

Great citrus flavors - added some dill weed before serving.
