- In a large bowl, stir together the ketchup, hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, dried onion, dried garlic and chili powder. Return to the ketchup bottle or another squeeze bottle and store in the refrigerator. Use as you would ketchup.

I just added the spices to a nearly full bottle of ketchup and SHOOK well. No wastage or clean up. It worked for me. Used a skewer to mix in the seasonings a little at a time.
Husband LOVES this stuff... "Heinz Plus"...on eggs, burgers, hot dogs, meat loaf, he even puts it on tuna (yes, he does.) Great idea!
