Cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer, these are healthier than taquitos that are deep fried. 06 of 16 Air Fryer Chimichangas View Recipe Another one of Yoly's delicious air fryer creations, these chimichangas are filled with chicken, chiles, and cheese. For vegetarians at your celebration, try using beans instead of chicken. 07 of 16 Tacos Gobernador View Recipe Yoly Yoly explains the origin of these traditional tacos: "These tacos originated in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. It is said that the governor of Sinaloa loved shrimp and quesadillas so the chef of a well known restaurant created these, a cross between a shrimp taco and a quesadilla." She recommends serving these with salsa and a squeeze of lime. 08 of 16 Asado de Puerco (Mexican Pork Stew) View Recipe Nothing's left off the menu at Yoly's family celebration. After the initial drinks and nibbles, "the table is reset with a variety of dishes, including refried beans, salsa, chips, flour and corn tortillas. Her pork stew is mouthwateringly delicious, featuring a variety of sweet and smoky chiles. 09 of 16 Carne en su Jugo (Meat in its Juices) View Recipe Carne en su Jugo (Meat in its Juices) | Photo by Allrecipes.
