Cherry Cream Cheese Dump Cake
We've noticed how popular dump cakes have been lately, and we're with you ā sometimes you just need a no-fuss dessert. Reviewer Jeff Brown says, "So I did a little change by switching out cherry filling for blueberry, and as I have found lemon and blueberry go together very well, and I used lemon cake as the cake topping. I also reduced the white sugar by half and it was plenty sweet and rich enough."

Coconut Cream Pound Cake
One more before I hop off the dessert course, okay? This made-from-scratch cake is rich with cream cheese and flavored with coconut in the mix. You can bake it as a Bundt cake, as shown, or in layers. Reviewer Lori Corker Hall says, "This was my first time making a pound cake and I chose this recipe because I absolutely love coconut. I made a few minor adjustments based on other reviews. I used 3 sticks of butter, 1 teaspoon coconut extract, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. I also made a glaze to top the cake. I used confectioner sugar, coconut extract, vanilla extract and half-and-half. I cooked in a Bundt pan for 1 hour 25 minutes. The cake is absolutely moist and delicious."

Easy Cinnamon Rolls
How easy are they? They start with frozen bread dough, eliminating the whole make-a-yeast-dough step. Pam made them recently and says, "Wow! This was super easy and SUPER good. I followed an earlier post about allowing the dough to rise more than 90 minutes and I think that was key. Otherwise followed the ingredients and directions exactly as stated in the recipe. A hit and I will be making again...soon!"

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
Sandwich fillings don't have to be elaborate or multi-layered. Take this egg salad, for example. A little mustard, paprika, and green onion elevate a basic boiled egg + mayo filling that can be used in sandwiches or on salad greens. "Perfect proportion of eggs to mayo to mustard. Added celery and onion powder as I didnāt have green onion; added 2 fine chopped pickled green beans as well. DELISH," says Sarah Crower

Butter Beef
This three-ingredient slow cooker recipe yields fork-tender beef you can serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Although this is written as a dump-it-in-and-walk-away recipe, reviewer sdchilds took it just a bit further: "This is very comforting food. I did sautƩ the meat first and add salt and pepper and garlic powder and some red wine to deglaze. I then put it all in the crockpot with the butter and onion packet right over top and cook 8 hours on low. Delicious! We put over mashed potatoes."
