"I served these spicy grilled game hens on a bed of romaine lettuce with a spoonful of the Calabrian chile paste for garnish," says Chef John. "It's a very delicious, flavorful, moist chicken."

These Korean-inspired chicken thighs are marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and gochujang chile paste, and Korean red chile flakes (gochugaru). "This was excellent and super simple to boot," says Soup Loving Nicole. "I grilled the thighs whole, but next time I might cut the chicken up prior to putting it in the marinade."
