To help you gain a little experience with cake-baking, I've pulled together 15 easy cakes that beginners can make. Some are made completely from scratch, and some get a little help from shortcut ingredients. But they're all popular, top-rated cakes that you can make without a whole lot of fuss. Now you can have your cake and eat it, too.
