We loved this recipe. I added garlic powder to the flour mixture. Next time I will double the sauce.
Made with turkey. Left out the cornmeal because I did not have any. Tasted great!
We really enjoyed the chops. I will make them again. I added didn't have a shallot so I used 1/2 cup of onion and some minced garlic.
I made this tonight and everyone loved it. I rubbed the meat with thyme, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper then braised it on all sides. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic. Yummy dinner with mashed potatoes and spinach.
The whole family loves this recipe. I add a can of mandarine oranges.
This came out great for Christmas dinner.
Great recipe! I omitted the garlic salt and used real minced garlic and I added in shrimp and chicken. I also doubled the veggies and used red bell pepper rather than green. I also added about a tsp of cajun seasoning. Very good!
We enjoyed the potatoe salad. I followed the recipe exactly. Next time i will reduce the mustard and try the vinegar and sugar as mentioned by other reviewers. Thank you.
We enjoyed the ribs. I added just a little bit of red pepper. My family indicated that they prefer ribs cooked another way.
Myself and my husband enjoyed the rice. My son did not like it. It had good flavor. I used yellow bell pepper because that is what I had. The consistency of the rice was good.
I made this for lunch on pita bread with romaine lettuce. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Next time I will try with grapes and/or apples.
These beans were awesome. I used small red beans rather than kidney beans. I used yellow and orange pepper because that is what I had on hand. My picky husband ate two helpings. (Woohoo!) I only cooked 2 hours and the beans were just right.
