Used cream of chicken, Wife said it is one of the best yet. Definitely a keeper. This is second time in short period. This time followed the recipe faithfully. Just about as good, would recommend the additional butter, but other than that great as described.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Exceptional meal. When I read it I wasn't sure that the mustard wouldn't be overpowering, but it was a perfect match. I made it as it was displayed and will include it in our monthly menus. Thanks.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

It was excellent. I tried to read alot of the reviewers comments and agree with the one that used broth rather than water. Otherwise I liked it as published.

Wife said it was a 4.5. I agree. I did follow some of the suggestions and they did add to the flavor.

Two lessons, one it does need salt and pepper. Two don't use red wine. Not bad, but with those two recommendations it will be as discussed. I did double liquid ingredients.

I saw this as a 4 star, the wife says it is 3. I would make it again, but the sauce does need something to keep it not too soupy.

Used the recipe and added a little extra sour cream. I found it to be excellent and my wife has asked to add this to the monthly menu list. Definitely a keeper. Not fancy, just plain good.

Easy Baked Pork Chops

I did everything as recommended but used chicken broth rather than water. My wife says 4.5 stars, I said 5. Easy to make and wonderful to eat. This is worth the time and effort. A definite keeper.

4.5 Wow it was good. My son can't eat onions so I made a smaller portion without onions and the rest with them. Everyone agreed it was at least a 4 but hesitated to say 5. So it is 4.5. I followed the recipe exactly and found it to be fine.

Easy Salmon

3.5 stars. I would definitely marinate the salmon for at least 1.5 hours and peferably longer. I marinated it for 1 hour and it helps but still needed more time. Wife thought it was a 3, but only would like it once every 3 months. I liked it better, but not a true 4-5. Anyway, thanks for something different and very easy.
