Grandma Kay's Goulash
Classic, one-pot comfort dish made with macaroni noodles, tomatoes, ground beef and kidney beans. This is a meal that actually tastes even better the next day, once it's had time to set over night.
Healthy tip: Make it healthier by reducing the fat -- use 90% or higher lean ground beef or lean ground turkey. You can also drastically lower the sodium by using low-sodium or no-sodium-added beans and diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
