  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Toast bread and spread each slice with 1 tsp of butter (or substitute non-hydrogenated margarine if desired). Place in a single layer on baking sheet.

  • Top each piece of toast with 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and 2-3 slices of onion. Finish off the sandwiches by topping each piece with a slice of processed cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper to taste, if desired.

  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 5 - 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are slightly toasted and heated through.
