  • Brown the ground beef in a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat adding the onions, garlic, and mushrooms half-way through cooking. Cook until meat is no longer pink and mushrooms are browned. Drain fat from skillet and return to heat.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low and add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk,and worcestershire sauce. Stir to thoroughly combine and stir until thoroughly heated. Season with fresh ground pepper to taste.

  • Serve over hot cooked pasta.
