This recipe for pork loin includes white potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, and apples cooked outdoors on a grill in a cast iron skillet! It has a citrus flavor!

Grilled Asian Asparagus

Rating: 4.5 stars 34
Hoisin sauce and sesame seeds make this a great twist from boring plain asparagus. Your kids will love it too!

Chef John's Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp

Rating: 5 stars 126
This grilled garlic and herb shrimp recipe is very easy, IF you can just walk out into the backyard, and pick a handful of your own fresh, green sprigs. However, these are so amazingly delicious, if you don't have a garden, then do splurge and buy a bunch of all the herbs. And get the extra large shrimp so they can grill longer and get maximum caramelization.

Grilled Salmon

Rating: 5 stars 5553
A simple soy sauce and brown sugar marinade, with hints of lemon and garlic, are the perfect salty-sweet complement to rich salmon fillets.

Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Rating: 4.5 stars 48
This is truly and ridiculously easy. The trick is to get the grill grates very hot. And the result? A lightly caramelized surface and a slightly smoky flavor. The insides stay cool and crisp. It's quite a contrast of tastes and textures.

Brian's Garlicky Prime Rib

Rating: 4.5 stars 5
After getting tired of our standard prime rib recipe (my mom's old fave), I decided to start experimenting with different tactics to cook a roast. This is what I ended up with...the pan juices alone are worth giving it a try!!...and the roast isn't too shabby either! Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green beans with slivered almonds.

Dutch Oven Mountain Man Breakfast

Rating: 4.5 stars 58
Our kids request this meal every time we go camping, and seeing as we have about 15 laying chickens, it's a great way to use up eggs! Please note, this makes a LOT! You may want to consider sharing it with your camping friends or, if you're like our family and enjoy leftovers, just save the leftovers for the day you're leaving the campground and need a quick breakfast without a lot of mess and fuss. You can easily re-heat it in a microwave or in a skillet over low heat. Feel free to add more spices and personalize this recipe to suite your taste buds!

Loaded Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Rating: 4.5 stars 18
Loaded with chocolate chips, oats, and pecans, this delicious cookie (with a touch of cinnamon!) is baked in a cast-iron skillet. As long as your skillet is well seasoned, the whole cookie will pop right out on a serving platter making it perfect for serving as a birthday cookie "cake." Slice in pie-shaped pieces and eat as-is, or serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
