Curried Coconut Chicken

Really great recipe!! Followed a few suggestions and used curry paste instead of powder and cooked for a few extra minutes, also cooked onions a bit longer and used the whole onion. For vegetables I added green and red peppers at the same time as the onions and also drained the tomatoes before adding them. Simmered uncovered for about an hour and added a little cornstarch to thicken. Not being a big fan of coconut milk I was amazed by how much I enjoyed this dish and will definitely be making it again soon!

I've made these now a few times and they never fall short of amazing. Last time I added 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1 cup white chocolate chips and they were still delicious. Great cookies!

Made this recipe as is aside from two things: I added 1 cup of fresh mushrooms for personal preference and due to limited time I prepared this the night before and refridgerated it until it was time to cook. Turned out great although 30 minutes in the oven wasn't quite enough to warm it up, it need about an extra 10-15. Definitely will be making this again!

Sarah's Homemade Applesauce

This applesauce turned out perfect but after reading some reviews i did make some adjustments to it. I doubled the apples (4 Jonagold & 4 Honeycrisp), used 1 TBSP each of brown sugar and white sugar and 1 full tsp of cinnamon. I kept the water the same and cooked it 15 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered. It had just the right amount of everything and was super easy to make.

Being a huge lover of sun dried tomatoes and bruschetta with fesh herbs I really loved this recipe I made this exactly as the recipe states and the only thing I would change for next time would be cutting down the olive oil, otherwise perfect!

I made this once with regular paprika and then once with smoked paprika, both were great however the smoked was definitely tastier. Very glad I came across this recipe!

Very yummy. After the first time making this I added a little extra lemon zest the next few times and it was delicous. Also, I followed someone elses review and added a little yellow food coloring to give it a nice yellow color as I was giving this away as gifts.

Cranberry Sauce

Im not sure if I did something wrong as I did follow the recipe exactly but I did not love this recipe. I ended up running out and getting frozen starwberries to cook and add to it. I used about a cup and a half of strawberries and although it was tasty I found the strawberries a little overpowering. I would make this recipe again, however I would cook it with the addition of 1 cup of strawberries.

Easy Arugula Salad

This was a really simple salad I chose to make for my boyfriend and I because he is not particularly fond of heavy dressing's and because I love arugula. We both really enjoyed it, the only changes I made was using orange pepper instead of avocado because I did not have any and I added craisins for the added sweetness . Will be making this again soon.

Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this dish but I wouldn't say its my go-to tuna casserole. I found with the cooking creme it was a bit bland and ended up adding half a can of mushroom soup along with half a tsp of garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, and 1/4 cup of fresh grated parmesan because I happened to have it on hand.
