I am a serious cooking enthusiast living in the RAINY NW. Getting cooped up inside most weekends makes it easy for me to spend time making the kitchen explode! :) I've definitely taken after my Grandma when it comes to cooking and making it look like a bomb hit the kitchen- but more often then not the mess is worthwhile when it comes to spending a great evening with my other half or a group of friends enjoying great wine and drinks and a delicious dinner. Cooking in a healthy and local/organic way has become a higher priority over the last few years and having a large veggie garden and now my own backyard urban chickens this coming summer should now be filled with great food and gatherings.
