My familky liked this recipe but I did add some spices to meat mixture as I found it too bland otherwise. The addition of 1/2 can tomato soup, good dash tobasco sauce, basil, salt, sugar, bay leaf and dash of crushed chilies helped boost up the flavor. Leftovers reheat well too!

This was really quick to make and the ingredients were on hand. I found the flavour could have been more intense or was missing something. Will try tweaking the ingredients if I try again.

Yummm! This was great and easy to make. Will add some mushrooms and a few crushed chili peppers to the shrimps next time but other than that no changes :-)

Yum. Nice side dish with Mexican meals, I mix it with Mexican seasoned beef or chicken and top a Taco Salad.
