Easter Stuffed Eggs

Rating: 4 stars 2
Most people dread all the leftover hard-cooked eggs they have at Easter. But not me! That's when I usually prepare one of my family's favorite dishes. The shrimp and curry powder give great flavor to ordinary eggs.

Dorito(R) Dip

An AWESOME dip for Doritos(R)! You can add up to 1/2 teaspoon more ranch seasoning, but it does tend to be a bit saltier that way, so maybe start with the teaspoon and then go from there. Feel free to add more chopped jalapenos for a spicier dip. I like to serve this with nacho cheese flavored and cool ranch flavored Doritos(R). Enjoy!
