Almond Banana Berry Muffins
I created this heart-healthy muffin recipe after making a similar one from my favorite vegetarian website. I make these slightly-sweet muffins at least 2-3 times a month now, and my family loves them. We've used all kinds of berries, and they are all equally delicious--if you are using srawberries, be sure to chop them first. Hearty and dense, they're great for a healthful breakfast or snack, and they're portable for lunches.
