Pork & Eggs
I don't know where this dish first originated from, but my mother made this as one of the family's favorite meals. She originally hand chopped pork into ground pork and steamed it for about 30-40 minutes. I found that the microwave does a pretty good job with the same results in less time. It's fast & easy dinner in the microwave. It will serve 6 as part of a family style dinner with other dishes or 3 by it self. We serve it over white rice.
