Instant Pot Barbacoa with adobo sauce

A fairly mild barbacoa recipe modified for the instant pot, and an adobo sauce that can be used for many things!

Hot Pepper Topping

This is a great recipe for topping bratwurst, hot dogs, hoagies, or just about anything else that you want to add some nice pepper flavor and heat to. The heat will vary with your peppers and should be considered slightly hotter than a hot giardiniera, but without all of the pickling flavors. Be careful about cooking this in small places - may cause coughing or sneezing in the last steps, but it's totally worth it!

Smoked Fajita Chicken

Spicy, smoky goodness with minimal effort, just a bit of patience. This is the product of research and testing of many different fajita recipes. It's designed for a smoker, but could easily be adapted to be used on a grill.
