This was the best pork roast we had in a long time. Only one change, I slow-cooked the roast in the oven on 250 degrees for 3 hours and then raised the heat to 300 degrees and removed the lid so the pork could get nice and brown.

I've been cooking greens for years and the is the first time I've ever cook them like this. This was pretty good. My family and guests really enjoyed them. They were sweet with just a taste of sour. I did make two changes to the recipe. I cooked the bacon with a small onion and added a jalapeño pepper to the pot because I like my greens with an extra kick.

This recipe worked. The beef was so moist and delicious. I follow the recipe exactly but with one change. I toasted the subs first so they would not get smoggy. I also used Swiss cheese instead of provolone because the store was out. Still turned out great. The ladies gave it a big thumbs up.

I made this delicious slow cooked meal for the first time today. Yummy! Only thing I did differently was to brown my pork chop before putting them in the slow cooker. I'm so glad I made enough for dinner tomorrow. I can't wait to get home from work.

The rub recipe is so good on the pork. I made it for our Superbowl party and it was a big hit. I don't own a smoker so I put it in the slow cooker for 7 hours. Yummy!
