  • Add together the flour and eggs. Mix until well blended.

  • Next add the milk and water gradually, blending well each time.

  • Add salt, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.

  • Heat a lightly oiled medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Add about 1/4 cup of batter and tilt pan to coat evenly.

  • Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, turning very carefully.

  • For the filling: Heat a small to medium skillet over medium heat.

  • Add in syrup, water, and cinnamon.

  • When bubbles appear on bottom of pan, add banana slices.

  • After about two minutes, turn bananas and simmer. Once both sides are coated in the syrup, remove from heat and fill the crepes. Pour any remaining syrup over the top of the crepes.
