Spicy Shrimp and Tomato Scampi
A twist on shrimp scampi that I threw together for my hungry husband one day, with thing out of the cupboard. It went over so well that it is a regular at our house now.
A Great 4 bean chili
This is recipe is easy and tastes great too! No prep other then openning cans! This would also be great with "meat" crumbles, but I love it so much I haven't the heart to change it! Also it tastes even better the next day for leftovers!
