As is I would have given it 4 stars. But with my changes this recipe rocks. Simply add six drops red food coloring for a nice pink tone and replaced 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract with peppermint extract. WOW! What a difference!

I used 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 eggs...Yum! and just to spice it up, the second time I added two teaspoons espresso powder..very good! Tip: Hide a slice for yourself or you won't get any.
