An easy quick bread, low in sugar. I added chopped walnuts and baked at in a 350 oven for 50 minutes.
This was very good, colorful and fun. I added a diced up sweet potato, adding even more color and flavor. This would be a great addition to a holiday menu.
I also added a bit more flour to hold these together. Good cookies.
These are great. I cut the recipe in half and made 6 muffins to take to work the next day, using the left over pumpkin from the pumpkin bread I made for my mother the night before. A real keeper.
My father used to make me eggs and noodles and I have always loved them. I have made them for others who are supprised at how good and satifying they are for a weekend start to the day. You can add to it according to your taste. Fried onions are good, chopped up pieces of ham, you name it.
I wouldn't make these again and if I did I would add more sugar and pineapple like someone had suggested.
It's ok. I wouldn't make it again but I love clams and I like the concept here. Maybe with whole baby clams, some celery, bread crumbs and garlic.
I used a whole left over chicken for this, simmering it for a nice broth and a homemade pie crust.
I made the recipe as is except I chopped both the cheese and the apple and did not grate them. It is a wonderful bread and I would make it again.
Try it with a chopped up apple instead of the juice and a fresh banana. I omitted the tea and added 1/2 of vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 tbls. of flaxseed meal for health reasons and flavor.
