Sloppy Nikoes
A mushroom filled alternative to the much-loved Sloppy Joes. This is a special meal for any mushroom lover. For an extra delicious treat just cut a kaiser roll in half and cover the bottom half with the meat filling, top with sliced smoked Gouda or smoked Cheddar cheese and bake in the oven 'til melty. Everyone loves this and I've had many requests for the recipe!
