I grew up in a single parent, single child household. My dad raised me on chicken breasts. He would grill a bunch at the beginning of the week and we would eat chicken breasts for lunch (on sandwiches) and for dinner (usually on a salad). I was 18 when I moved out on my own, curious about other foods and how to make them. I started experimenting on my own with anything I could find. I am now 27 and living in an apartment with my boyfriend. We LOVE to cook at home. He is the master meat marinader and I am the produce chef. He makes fun of me because of my obsession with I make at LEAST seven different recipes from this site a week. It is most definitely a serious hobby of mine. I love it! I just started taking pictures of the recipes I make from this site, which always amuses my boyfriend.
