Wow, this is fantastic! I just made this again yesterday for my inlaws, they raved about it!! (and they are picky eaters LOL) I took the advice of preparing the day before, refrigerate overnight then letting it sit an hour before baking. Turned out perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!

Great recipe..I used greek yogurt instead of regular. For some reason I thought it was way too garlicy, which surprised me because I love garlic! I will try it again this weekend..
These were so easy to make, and were delicious! I used over-ripe bananas as they are a bit sweeter.
Great recipe. Has a bit of a kick to it. I ate it for lunch with some pita. I may cut the recipe in half next time and try adding a whole wheat pasta to it to make it a pasta salad. I will try this at the next family barbecue!!
