  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In frying pan, brown venison. When almost completely cooked, add frozen hash browns, onions and mushrooms. Add half a cup of water, if sticking.

  • Add seasonings. Taste and adjust.

  • Add soup and stir in cheese.

  • Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish.

  • Cook until heated through, about 20 mins. Add a half cup of cheese to the top and broil to brown if desired.
