I made these and I got mixed reviews. I thought they were good and chewy however I usually make a more traditional c.c cookie that is softer. However I kept the recipe and will make again.

i used cream of chicken soup and put a little corn in it. I put the soup and cheese mixture in the middle as well. It was all gone by the end of dinner everyone liked it.
