I grew up eating stuffed peppers and these gave those memories a run for their money! I was hesitant because there was no tomato sauce... but don't be like me and wait. Just make them. They were moist and full of flavor.

It was really good. I did add some salt and a bit more cheese to it. Once we served it was a little creamier with the extra cheese. we will definitely add to our meal rotation.

Family all loved these. They are sweet, so we cut them up small. But perfect when you want that something sweet! Hard to cut, so I had to score the top and then break them apart. But other than that, easy to make

Made this and we had chicken and rice, it will be on our meal plan again. Will have to adjust the spice up a bit because we love spicy. But other than that it was very good
