My sister is a chef. But she lives far away so I dabble and pretend I can cook too!
Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

My first time making any stroganoff! I made some slight adjustments and it turned out great! I used ground chicken (that is what I had), cream of broccoli soup (I don't like mushrooms) and I added in some fresh broccoli. I had drained the ground chicken after browning it and I had to add more water later, so next time I'll skip doing that.

Quick and easy recipe. I split the dough in half and bake some plain to have with jam and the other half I mixed in brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Great start to my Sunday!!

Beef Pot Roast

Recipe was great! Mine was only 2 pounds so I cooked it at 325 degrees for 25 mins and then at 300 degrees for 45 mins. I could have cooked it for even less time for the size, but was still good. This was my first attempt making a pot roast and my first time using a Dutch oven, so this recipe is good for newbie cooks. And the drippings made a great gravy!!!

Made this for our stay-cation breakfast and my husband said "(swear word) that's good!" He had a migraine and was only going to have 2 pieces, but went back for a third because he loved it. Made the house smell great for hours and used real maple syrup the hubby's family sugar shack. I also fried up the leftover batter and cooked it like pancake/crepe...turned out pretty good too!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

This was one of the best recipes I've ever made and my husband agrees!! (Score!!) It's either this recipe or a turkey breast that I made for Thanksgiving once (which was likely only good because it was from a great fancy butcher shop.) High 5 to the family who added this!! I used less Parmesan because we only had about 1/8 cup left and I used fresh chopped parsley instead of dried because that is what I had. I just patted it really dry and chopped it early so it could dry out a bit.

Paleo Omelet Muffins

Great recipe! It'll be a great to grab & go option for my husband's shift work. I used ham, shredded cheddar cheese, red pepper and a bit of onion powder in place of onions as I didn't have one. Just be sure to use a non stick muffin pan!!! Even with lots of cooking spray it stuck like crazy. That muffin pan was the worst dish I ever washed!! But this is about the recipe, right?!

This was quick, easy and delish! My husband doesn't usually like boneless chicken because he says it is "tasteless", but he loved this recipe and asked me to make it again. No problem on that since it was a snap to make!!

Perfect recipe name!! I'm on a charity committee that runs the Toronto Gutsy Walk for Crohn's and Colitis Canada and made this for our post walk wrap up meeting/BBQ and it was called "a hit" with requests for the recipe. It was so easy to make and because it's been so hot lately I was VERY happy that I didn't have to turn the oven on. I'll be making this again for sure!!

Oh man this is an easy and delicious recipe. I'll be making this again and again for sure. I was worried that there would be a lot leftover since there are only two of us, but now I'm super stoked to have it for lunch tomorrow. High 5 to whoever posted this one!!!
