I use a little less spinach, and a little more cheese, but this is great!
I use the brie "with herbs and spices" and I love it!
My husband loves it, but I don't... I guess that's why it's "guy-approved". I'm trying to make a hybrid that we'll both like.
Loved it! I added scallions and an extra jalepeno, and next time I might skip the olives.

I loved it! I used the entire onion (it was small) but that's all I changed. I served it to some friends & I just sent them the recipe. So easy to make! Updating - I gave been making this recipe a few years now, and I am now *required* to bring this to every party I attend. Thank you Deb, I am famous for your Chili.
These were great, but I don't think they need the baking - they were just as good fresh out of the pot.
