Food is like love, it should be entered into with complete abandon, or not at all Italian by blood, Argentinean by birth and Seattlelite by adventure, I have always been fascinated by food in so many different levels: its origins, science behind it and the motive and history that brings people together and its storytelling on people and relationships. My first and foremost memory is making homemade gnocchi at my grandma's house, barely reaching the table and fascinated by all these women sharing their lives, thoughts and secrets while making a delicious meal. I still find it captivating, every moment, every single day.
