This was excellent! I added a green chili, zuccini and a yellow squash (chopped into small pieces) to the black bean tomato mixture, as well as cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and some red pepper flakes for some extra spice. Since there wasn't enough guacamole I used sour cream for the second laye. I highly recommend the sour cream addition, it was excellent. Thanks for the great recipe!
This was a great recipe. Very easy to cook and a great compliment to the spicy foods associated with Indian cooking. I served it with Spicy Chicken Curry, Naan, Cilantro Chutney, and Spicy Indian Dahl. It made a great meal for guests who enjoy Indian food.
I would give this 10 stars if I could. It was the hit of my Indian Feast. This was a great recipe. Very easy to cook and a great compliment to the spicy foods associated with Indian cooking. I only made the Chutney, but it was a great recipe.

This is a great recipe. I added some Lime Zest, which provided for an extra fresh taste. I used frozen shrimp, and they were too small ... I think fresh jumbo shrimp would have really contributed to the outcome. I saved some of the sauce to toss linguini in, and put the shrimp on top, and served with Roasted Garlic Cauliflower, and garlic bread.
I added Cayenne Pepper as suggested by some others, but the otherwise I think this recipe is right on if you aren't feeling a little spice!
This was great as is. I did not have to change a thing! I added the butter to some brown rice and served with snow peas (when eaten after the spicy salmon and rice, it tamed the intenisty a little).
This was just an OK recipe. I doubled the sauce (as suggested by others) and only used half the Worchester Sauce. I used what sauce was left over to marinate some red potatoes, and I have to say that they turned out better than the chicken.
I brought the salsa to a superbowl party and it was a real hit! I didn't make the chips because Trader Joe's has Cinnamon and Sugar Pita Chips. I'll definitely make this again!
This was amazing. We couldn't get enough! I added some boiled chicken to the pasta. It looked like it was going to be waaaay too much onion, so I added some of the onion to the boiling chicken, with some chicken broth, garlic, salt and pepper. I think I would have been fine having used all of the onion in the mixture, but the chicken turned out so tasty, I'm not sure I would have changed a thing. Thanks for the great recipe!
I am not a fan of traditional potato salad, so when I had to choose between having someone else bring potato salad, and making something I'd actually eat ... I chose the latter ... And everyone loved it. I too only used half the olive oil called for. I'll definitely be making this again.
