Cajun Ponchartrain Sauce
My take on the Ponchartrain sauce served at a popular seafood restaurant chain in my town. Although I prefer Snapper, it may be ladled over any grilled, blackened, steamed, or pan fried fish. Very elegant and easy! Great idea for a romantic candlelight dinner for two.
Chimichurri Sauce for Steaks
This is a great Argentinean marinade or sauce. Use it on grilled meats, such as T-bone, porterhouse or skirt steak. The sauce is best if used immediately but will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
Pizza Sauce I
The Italian flavors of tomatoes, herbs like garlic, basil and oregano are blended with a little cinnamon, sugar, olive oil and parsley to make a fresh saucy pizza base.
