Sesame Chicken

1. In large bowl, whisk the cornstarch, salt and black pepper. Add chicken and toss

2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken to skillet in batches. Turning occasionally, cook chicken for about 5 minutes until light brown crust forms.

3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, garlic ginger, sesame oil, 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

4. Once chicken is done, add sauce to the skillet. Toss well and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and serve with rice or noodles.
